I hope you had a chance to spend time with family and do things important to you.<\/p>\n<p>Interestingly, despite the general slowdown, Coquitlam condos under $800k are seeing more activity than expected. Many properties with reasonable asking prices are selling in under 2 weeks, even during the middle of December \u2013 typically the slowest time of the year. This is worth noting, as Coquitlam&#8217;s attached properties in this price range are performing better than the rest of Greater Vancouver.
