Between the upcoming Canadian election and renewed international trade tension (yes\u2014Trump tariffs again), many buyers are staying on the sidelines.<\/p>\n<p>But here\u2019s something I\u2019ve learned over and over again\u2014and yes, it sounds a little cheesy:<\/p>\n<p><b>The best time to buy is often when no one else is buying.<\/b><b><\/b><\/p>\n<p>Quiet markets don\u2019t mean bad opportunities.
