Sales🔽 : 16.2% decrease compared from May 2022, and and 35% decrease from June 2021. Last month’s sales were 23.3% below the 10-year June sales average.
Inventories🔽 : 4.1% increase compared to May 2022 (10010) and a 3.8% decrease compared to June 2021 (10,839).
Price 🔼: Benchmark price for all residential properties in Metro Vancouver is currently $1,261,100. This represents a 2.2% decrease over May 2022 and 12.4% increase compared to June 2021.
My comments: Market has stayed pretty much the same as last month. Some areas are still biding, most are relatively slow. And it is nice to get to spend more time with family. We spent a few days on the island just to stroll around. If you are a curious animal person like me, I highly recommend the Raptors in Duncan. It’s a one of a kind place to meet exotic birds (falcons/eagles? still don’t know the difference lol) The flying demonstration is so close that you can feel the wind from the wing flapping. They also offer various tour depending on how close you would like to be with the birds. You can even go on a hawk walk with the eagles. (Too much for me) How is your summer?
